She has 25 years of experience in capital markets development for subnational governments, in private-public partnerships, and in urban sustainability and climate change mitigation projects.

Public accountant from “Corporación Universitaria Centro Superior”, specialist in tax management from “Pontificia Universidad Javeriana”, with 8
years of experience in the professional field and with several complementary studies on money laundering and terrorism financing from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime – UNODC, Integral IFRS training and entrepreneurship among others.
Alexander Salazar
Production Engineer with an MBA in Strategic Management and a certificate in Process Improvement (TPM). More than 11 years of experience in the mass consumption sector and project management, in the areas of process improvement, sustainable resources, generation of operational efficiencies, renewable energy, community work, and disaster risk mitigation.
Mauricio Feria
Civil Engineer with a postgraduate degree with honors in Projects for Development from the School of Public Administration of Colombia. With 8 years of experience in structuring, planning, supervision, delivery assurance, and resources mobilization for public sector and international investment programs and projects across diverse areas including Green Growth, Clean Energy, Climate Change, Rural Development, Nature Based Tourism, and National Planning.
Mauricio Varela Sánchez
Industrial Engineer, Specialist in Financial Management, Specialist in Economics Applied to Organizations, Implementer and Auditor of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, PMP and Developer of Financial Models. He has 29 years of Work Experience, especially in the Management and Control of Financial Processes (Billing, Accounting, Taxes, Costs, Credit, Collections, Treasury and Financial Planning). He is the creator of the MIF – Comprehensive Financial Model, which is a Financial Model that, when interfaced with the ERP of Companies, allows them to permanently have the Comprehensive Financial Diagnosis; Past, Present and Future. He has also been a Leader of Strategic Processes, in which he has Formulated, Prepared, Evaluated and Implemented Strategic Plans, Business Plans and Investment Projects and has Implemented the Balanced Scorecard. He is a Member of the Board of Directors and Professor of Postgraduate Studies in Finance.
Pabel Velasco Zuluaga
Professional in Psychology with a social-environmental emphasis, Entrepreneur and Ecotherapist, University Professor and Consultant in Resilient Thinking, with certification in Deployment of sustainability functions from the Universidad del Valle, Circular Economy and Green Marketing from the Universidad de los Andes, Resilient Thinking Certificate – Course led by Johan Rockström, Director, Stockholm Resilience Centre. With more than 10 years of experience in the socio-environmental sector, Green Business Coordinator, DAGMA 2016-2018 – Municipal Green Business Plan. Currently a consultant in resilient thinking, Eco-psychology and Restorative and Distributive Economies. We provide support in governance processes collaborative and adaptation to climate change.
